BV Strong

This project is near and dear to us, as Amy has chaired this non-profit event in our hometown of Buena Vista, Colorado since 2017. BV Strong is a free community dinner that stretches for several blocks down our beautiful Main Street; with 2,600 guests at 450 tables, this volunteer effort unites us throughout the year. The website is where guests find information and table hosts and volunteers can sign up. Custom sign up forms trigger notification and confirmation emails, and the data automatically populates a Google form so more volunteers can coordinate and organize the attendees. Online sign ups are also added to Mail Chimp mailing lists for easy follow up. 

The BV Strong Community Dinner has been an inspiration for communities from Rhode Island to Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and many others in Colorado. The Lively Merchant consulted and assisted our neighbors over the pass for the Vail Social Community Potluck.
